My Workout
Alrighty, finally here's the updated workout I am following at the moment. If you have any
suggestions about it please keep mailing me, some of your mails really made me realize mistakes
so far and made my workout a better one.
Day 1:
Chest-Biceps
- Bench press
- Butterfly (machine)
- DB curls (alternate)
- Incline bench press
- DB pullovers
- BB curls
Day 2:
Shoulder-Triceps
- DB front raises
- Dips (with weights)
- DB shrugs
- Triceps extension
- DB lats
- Military press (DB)
Day 3:
Leg-Back
- squats
- pulldown front
- leg curl
- pulldown back
- leg extension
- T-bar rowing
- calf raises
